Double win for Cirencester Friendly at London awards

Individual income protection provider, Cirencester Friendly, is celebrating a double win after taking home two awards at the insurance publication, COVER’s, recent Customer Care Awards. These were the individual awards “Young Insurance Person of the Year” and “Outstanding Customer Care”.

22 year old Victoria Clark, Marketing Assistant at Cirencester Friendly was awarded “Young Insurance Person of the Year” for her outstanding support as a Financial Services Administrator in the Customer Care Team. Victoria recently joined the Society’s Marketing Team following her successful completion of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Professional Certificate. 

Jo Green, who has been with Cirencester Friendly for just over three years, was recognised for her outstanding Customer Care to both Financial Advisers and Members of the Society. Jo has been nominated for this award two years running and it is very well deserved in her role as a Financial Services Administrator in the Customer Care Team.

Cirencester Friendly was also nominated for a further five awards – Best Marketing Team, Intermediary Support Team, Underwriting Team, Online Services Team and the Customer Service ‘Above & Beyond’.
