Fiona's Story

Fiona was attacked by a dog, leaving her with severe lacerations that required emergency treatment. She was then off work for recovery. We accepted the claim, paying on Severe Injury Cover from day one given the report from the hospital and photos of the injuries.

Fiona was young in age, and rather shy so required extra assistance to help her through a challenging time. We paid her claim, and sorted physio and counselling for her too.
