As a mutual we are owned by, and run for our Members - with no shareholders to answer to, this really means we put our customers first. The 125 Foundation was launched to celebrate our mutual status and to mark our 125th milestone in 2015. By providing financial support, the 125 Foundation aims to give even greater support to our Members and to the causes they really care about, this includes employees! Each week we have a ‘Dress Down Friday’ and regularly hold ‘Charity Fundraising Days’ for the Society’s chosen charity of the year. The Chosen charity of 2019 is Gloucestershire Young Carers. Also, as Members of the Society, employees are encouraged to attend the Society’s Annual General Meeting in June.
