Additional Support From Us

There are moments in life when everyone could use a helping hand during tough times. We understand this better than most, so we’ve gathered details of all the additional support that is available for you and your family through your Membership. And never forget, we are always available if you have a query or require any support.

We have a variety of avenues for you to explore.

Document/Language Support

If you need any of your documentation in print, large print format, braille, audio or require any further support, whether it’s a permanent or temporary situation, you’re welcome to call our Member Services Team on 0800 587 5098 or memberservices@cirencester-friendly.co.uk. Additionally, if English isn’t your first language, we’re able to translate documents or add a third party to a call for live translation.

Impairment Support

If you have a visual impairment, you can view our website by enabling Voice Over/Talk Back in the settings of your computer, smart phone or tablet. If you have a hearing impairment, please contact our Member Services Team by email at memberservices@cirencester-friendly.co.uk to notify us of your preferred method of contact.

Financial Support

If you find yourself in a position where you’re unable to pay for your Membership, we recommend contacting our Member Services Team or speaking with your Financial Adviser. There are ways to keep your Membership while you get your finances back on track. Please read the frequently asked questions below for further guidance.

Arrears are unpaid or overdue premium payments.

Your contract will be in arrears when your Direct Debit has failed to be collected after your selected Direct Debit date.

We recommend that your contact our Member Services Team on 0800 587 5098 or memberservices@cirencester-friendly.co.uk or speak with your Financial Adviser to discuss what option is best for you. Below are just some of the options we have available to relieve the financial pressures:

  • Your contract is fully amendable, and you can decrease your cover on a permanent or temporary basis to reduce your premium.
  • You can take a break from paying premiums and suspend your cover.
  • You can arrange a double collection with our Member Services Team to catch up on missed payments.

It’s important to us that you receive support in a manner you’re most comfortable with. If you need further support, please contact our Member Services Team on 0800 587 5098 or memberservices@cirencester-friendly.co.uk. You are also welcome to contact your Financial Adviser.
